Everything is going pretty well so far...
Besides, sticking to the Recommended serving size, the other change I've made is laying off of Soda. Now, I had already started doing that before beginning the Food diary. But, I think that helps to.
308.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
