Did well on the fast yesterday and broke it at dinner time. However, last night my tummy started hurting again and feeling like I needed to use the bathroom, but couldn't. This morning no change in my weight. As much as I know it is because of the constipation I am still bummed out. I took some M.O.M. this morning and hopefully that will do the trick. I plan on doing the fast again with everyone else. Planning my menu out for the day and will enter it in.

Worked extra today then got in a good hard work out. Did a little dancing not sure it was a good cool down, but who can resist The Cupid Shuffle...not me!

Things have moved along today so I feel better in that respect...much better! Haven't been that hungry today...had a late breakfast and not sure if there will be a lunch before dinner.

Have a couple of errands to run. The DH told me that we are going out to dinner tomorrow at P.F. Chang's (business dinner) so I will be looking in advance to determine what to order....oh and a good day to FAST!

I'm sure once things start moving you'll drop several lbs! Don't get discouraged. This too will pass (literally) and you'll feel better about it all!

Well it sounds like you made it through the fasting and like you said, I'm sure when your body gets straightened out, that you will see a difference in the weight department.
