Breakfast Lunch and dinner all under 300 CAL. Good Goal ! :) I like making out my meal plan and printing it then posting it on the refrigerator so when I go in I automatically see what I am allowed to have. If anyone s wondering about the flour its because I make like a gravy to go in my rice.
