Filling up on water. Not hungry. Not thirsty. I pre-recorded my lunch for today. I planned on eating it right about now, but I think I'm actually gonna wait it out a bit more. Not eating unless I'm hungry. I want to run, but I really am not motivated right now. I am doing a running program, 3 days a week, 30 minutes each, preparing for a 5k. I ran sunday, so I have two days left this week. I plan on running today, just a bit later. Hmph. Feeling "eh" .
