Woohoo, down 2 lbs in 2 days! Finally going in the right direction again. I think the decision to go back to induction may have been the right choice for me. I know I have a low carb limit. I just need to see what foods work for me and what foods do not when I move back to Owl. Plan is 1 more week on induction. Then add 1 food at a time, that way I will know what foods I can tolerate, and what foods I can't.
