Day Four of the new program. Still not hungry. I'm having trouble reaching 800 calories a day, so I emailed the dietician and she suggested I drink more shakes. I feel like I'm eating all the time. It's difficult. But at least that explains why eating 1700 calories a day was so hard and why it was easier to go out and eating a bunch of junk served to me than stay at home and cook something healthy for myself.
I'm also tired, which I was told to expect, but I feel rather useless. Also very cold. I've been slumming it on the couch with the puppies the last few days. Yesterday was my birthday, and I was depressed and weeping, which isn't like me at all. I usually love my birthday, but this year my OCD was awful, and even my mother creating a beautiful imitation birthday (packing material wrapped in aluminum foil and stuck with candles--it doesn't sound as gorgeous as it was) for me to blow out only cheered me up a little. I have to admit, I really wish I had waited a week and started this program after my birthday.
