Well disappointed in myself once again, 2 holidays and broken scales aren’t really a reason for having put on so much weight so I now have to get my act together and try and get in shape. I have a wedding to go to on 1st of December and Christmas to look forward to and hopefully to motivate me. I have started well today, getting up early and spending time on the cross trainer and I have eaten far better so it’s a step in the right direction, now I just have to keep it up
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I hear your pain. I am the same but I know we can do it together. Glad you had a good day. so did I with 30 minutes on the bike. I have also started drinking water instead of diet pepsi and to my amazement I like it.

Thank's it's good to have some support I just wish losing weight was as easy as putting it on. Well done for getting some exercise it's always hard to find time to get on and do it. I have come down with a cold so am feeling a little sorry for myself but am trying not to comfort eat. Take care
