Very long day at the fire department fund raiser. Ate too much for dinner of the fattening pork sausage, bacon and ham but did not have pancakes. Stayed away from diet pepsi and had crystal light instead. Very tired today. Think I will try the stair stepper tomorrow. Still holding on to eating less 5 days in.
