Looks like another slow month. I wonder why my body if so resistant to losing this weight. I have not been consistantly under this weight for more than a couple days in the last twelve years. Well guess what body I'm sticking with it and you will have to change!!!! I still have two weeks to lose 2.1 lbs. It seems like it should be easy but I'm not so sure my bdy wants to cooperate! I need to step up and get some excersize in.
147.1 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
