Eating <15g net carbs last 3 days due to high fasting BGs. Not getting enough fiber in the last couple of weeks. Will concentrate on getting 30g min this week.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
