This feels like a case of here we go again, but I'm getting back to the basics to jumpstart my weightloss. In the past few weeks, I've been kinda sticking to my plan, but being off the wagon, a lot more than I should. I'm just thankful that the consequences haven't been as detrimental as they could have been. With the holidays being around the corner, there's really no time to lose. So, I'm claiming my victory, and doing my victory dance, even before I get started, knowing that, I can do all things, through Christ Jesus, who strengthens me! Hoo Yaa! :-)

Love your winning ways buddy..We all need to keep that attitude so we can win in the battle of the Holidays...I have big plans to eat the good for me stuff and leave the pies and candy alone..I am sure I can do this cause I said so...LOL..have a great day...:O)

The basics work for me the best. Even though it is nice to be able to cook all these marvelous low carb dishes it is so hard to quit eating them. On the other hand I've never had the urge to overeat lettuce! And I am with you on the pre-holiday panic. Lets do this together!
