Started the Insanity Workout Program today. Talk about sweaty! I had to open a window to let in some of that hurricane breezes to cool off. Day 1 starts off with the Fit Test which goes through 7 different exercises and you are supposed to perform this Fit Test every 2 weeks to see improvements.
Here were my results for Day 1:
Switch Kicks 88 Power Jacks 42 Power Knees 84 Power Jumps 24 Globe Jumps 9 Suicide Jumps 11 Push Up Jacks 9 (THESE WERE SO EFFIN' HARD!) Low Plank Oblique 29
