Cheat day was yesterday (Thursday), I think I overdid it with ~4500 calories. I felt a bit low energy, cruddy and oily early in the day today in the aftermath, but I kept my calories down and exercised for the first time in a very long time (probably 6 months). I have been reading conflicting reports on what the frequency of cheat days should be, a tenuously consensus view is that the more body fat you have, the less you need a cheat day in order to kick your metabolism up; some have recommended that a person with my amount of weight to lose should have a cheat day once every couple of weeks, I don't know if I can hold out that long, so I'll be waiting until next Saturday for my next cheat day.
