Here is a reason not to mess up one's eating plan. I weighed 150 on October 12th and then had a major pig out. It has taken me two whole weeks to get back to 150.
But I am thankful that I recovered and looking forward to Monday. I want to join GG in the land of the 40's. Operation Weekend Watch please help me get through this weekend!
