So excited that the I lost 2 lbs in my first week of staying on my healthy eating diet. I feel really good and I want to keep up the motivation and stick to it for another week. I am trying to learn not to treat myself with food rewards, although I did have a cup of diet soda with my lunch today, that was my treat. Here's hoping to another successful week this week.

Awesome!! I keep "cheating" so pretty sure that's not helping! lol. Hopefully I can get back on track and get results like you're having...so jealous!!
