The first thing I found in the break room this morning is a box of Krispy Kreme donoughts. As I am walking back there to re-fill my coffee I am telling myself that the instant gratification from eating one of those donoughts is not worth how I will feel afterwards. As I turn the corner there on the table are trays of bagels and bowls of cream cheeses, pastries and fruit! What a shock that was. Is this a test? OMG please give me strength!
