125 today..I'm glad it's not more. I tried so hard to stick to 1400 calories yesterday, but I waited too long to eat and got extremely hungry around 10pm and after about an hour of internal debate, gave in and had a bowl of cereal. The worst thing is I didn't measure!! It wasn't a huge bowl but I know it more than one serving.
I felt guilty about it afterwards so I guesstimated the calories, and it wasn't too pretty at all! I am going to try to eat healthy, filling food today and cut back(a little, he he he) on junk.
I definitely did a bit of comfort eating yesterday. I thought I could stay within my cals but I just spent too many calores on junk and there wasn't enough left for healthy stuff.
Today is going to be a rainy dreary day, which can make me want to eat, so I need to watch it. I just need to keep my eye on the prize.
Honestly, I think I am pretty near to the best weight for me..whether I am at my goal or not.
I just can't seem to let go of that perfectionist mindset though. I could be happy at 125 if I was just more toned in certain areas.
i don't feel as bloated today.
I was reading up on Activia, and a lot of people have had problems with bloating with that yogurt! Great. And I don't want to waste it, it's expensive!
I need to work out more today, I didn't do enough exercise yesterday either. I'm just a mess aren't I?
I'll get it all figured out. My jeans fit better today, weirdly. When I retain water, it goes to my hips and stomach, so thats not so good for jeans!

Well, dust off and pick up, today is a new day! :) If 125 feels good... try it on for a while... there's no rush to move from there... it's a healthy weight for you still, and you can "attack" moving lower after you can maintain here for a bit?? Listen to your body... it may need a bit of a break and hang out there for a bit. ;) Have a great day!

Don't get me wrong..I do want to get to a lower weight. I just don't want to become obssessive. I had a bad day all day yesterday just because of a higher number on the scale. I don't want my happiness to be based on what the scale decides to show on any particular day. I do want to be in my BEST possibe shape. I think I am going to work out with weights more and amp up my workouts, and focus of FITNESS.

Try GG Bran Crispbread if you get hungry at night & just need SOMETHING!! That happens to me almost every night, & the F factor diet talks this up!! It WORKS!! Also, I used to eat that Activa too, but I am now eating FAGE it's a greek yogurt, so it's thicker, & just in plain, but add fruit, & it's like a rich dessert!! Keep up the great work, everybody has to stall a little, or we'd all have REALLY saggy skin, look at it that way, it gives your skin a chance to adjust, too. Hugs, Heather

Thanks! I didn't want to have any more fiber yesterday as I had already had 50 grams that day. Too much fiber one..I would like to try that, but do they have it at walmart? I haven't seen that FAGE at Walmart. That's pretty much the only place i shop, I don't have the dough to spend at health food places.

Fage is typically at health food stores but you can get something similar by straining regular yogurt through a cheesecloth for at least 4 hours. However, I don't know if any of the brands in Walmart will do (Yoplait, Dannon) since they tend to have way more additives than the really good stuff (Strauss, Nancy's, etc). Or to really save and still get the good stuff is to make your own yogurt. There are several tutorials for this on YouTube. You do have to buy 1 container of really good yogurt to eat and use as a starter culture. Or, some places may even have the starter culture for sale.

Lotus, the best cereal of all is Uncle Sam.... super delicious, high fiber not too expensive. I get it at Trader Joes if you have that wherever you are. Activia tastes good but lots of sugar. That Uncle Sam's is dynomite! 10 grams of fiber..YO!

LOL. YEAH, live active 2nd ingredient is sugar. sucks! but soo good. it has pecans in it! i don't have a trader joes here, darn. i don't really like yogurt so i don't eat it very much. i saw that you can make your own... lol... thats weird!

I think it is a little too much trouble to make my own yogurt..I like convenience when it comes to things like that.

THANK GOODNESS FOR WALMARTS!

Yes indeed. :) I do like to make things from scratch, but some things just plain take too long to make for me. Like sourdough bread. I love it and it is so good homemade, but who has thepatience to wait three days for the starter to be ready. I don't anyways. I want to make bread when the mood strikes and eat it the same day! I will just buy it from the store, even though it's not as good of course.
