Okay so today I am entering my weight since I had not weighed in awhile. I did weigh last week but did not record it. I was trying to get back down as close as I could to 227. So it is 232.8 this morning, and in a week (since last Monday I weighed 235.4#) that is a lose of 2.6#...I will take it!! I need to update my food for yesterday and I am happy to say that I made it through the weekend. On the train ride my husband comes up and hands me a package of Reese's peanut butter cups....I just thought "really??", but instead said "thank you" amd I tucked it into my camera case and did not eat it. This morning I gave it to my daughter.

Feeling better...slept through the night last night for the first time and hoping to walk today.

Husbands do try...they mean well, but sometimes all you can do is shake your head lol. I can understand exactly what you are saying because my husband does the exact same thing. It is easier just to accept the offer. I know my husband gets tired of me telling him it's not on my eating plan lol.

Mrs. H you are so right. My husband knows and he still does it. Like we went to the movies and I loooove popcorn with the white cheddar. I said no popcorn so Hubby got a medium bag for himself. He kept lying popcorn on my hand. I know he was teasing and he was laughing and I laughed too but at the same time it is not the most helpful. It is like the other night when he said "we can eat pizza". He 'forgets' that I am not eating breads and sure the added benefit is weight lose but mainly I am doing it because my aches and pains go away when I cut out the gluten products.

Oh wow I thought I had the only husband who's response to my 10lb loss and being able to walk two blocks without having to rest was "good for you... wanna 3 Muskateer bar?" Grrrr!
