Shoot. I actually did well yesterday and I 'feel' thinner today. But, of course the scale stayed the same. I was hoping for a little motivation from that inanimate object that I worship every morning...but oh...no. Oh well, I DO 'feel' thinner today and perhaps the scale will be better tomorrow morning. I am going to try my hardest to stay on track today. I've even pulled out the measuring cups and food scale again. One hour...one day...one pound. Stumble forward is my motto!
