Same old. Same old. It's hard to keep going when it all stays the same. What am I going to do today to make a change in my weight? Stick to my food plan and take a walk at lunch. I need to add some form of exercise. I am getting none right now. Anything should help.

8:00 p.m. I feel like I overate today but I really didn't. Had a large dinner though. Didn't get a 'real' walk in today but tried to put extra steps in at work. Tomorrow is another day.
