On the one hand, dagnabit! On the other hand, as Les Brown famously said, "Anytime you suffer a setback or disappointment, put your head down and plow ahead."
To be fair, this was my fault: I wasn't paying as close attention as I should to caloric intake, and I wasn't getting nearly as much exercise as I did in the previous weeks. This just means I need to do better this upcoming week, and continue that trend for the foreseeable future.
