So delusional! The last time I weighed myself I was 180, this was a few months ago. It really felt like I had lost a few in the last few weeks and estimated I was about 175! Well.....sad to say I weighed myself this morning and I am 188. So stunned & ashamed! :( sad today.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 91.0 lb a week

First step in weight loss is owning up to what you weigh. You did it. Now you can begin losing it. Get out and buy some fitness magazines. Try a new diet. Find a new exercise class. Those boot camp classes kick butt and many cities have them now for big groups. Get some fitness dvds out of the library to try. Kick yourself in the butt and get motivated. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and do it. Fake it till ya make it. You CAN do this. Now get a move one......

Zumba is an awesome one to try! You are where I started about 9 months ago, so don't lose heart. Be accountablt to yourself! Set small 5 or 10 pounds to work towards, and small ways to reward yourself too! You can do this!
