I actully ran almost a mile yesterday for the first time in so long it felt really good,:) i am so glad I am back to being motivated:) Been doing awesome on my water Monday drank 96 oz Tuesday drank 84 oz wednesday 52 oz and today already at 52 oz and its not even noon yet:)
