Arms today: dead-hang chin-ups, was able to get 11 (which is 1 rep more than last week), then 7, then 3.
Also did dips, looking for 4 sets of 6-8 reps I got 8,8, 6 and 5
Will probably attempt to repeat the above around 0200 hours and call it a day
Did a few more:
Got sets of 8 reps, 6 reps, 5 reps and 3 reps on chin-ups
and sets of 6 reps and 6 reps on dips. Sore and wore out now.
