April 2011 I was 240 lbs and had high cholesterol. I used the BMR/Harris Benedict equation and counting calories to drop to 160 lbs, and to get my cholesterol down to 70 (which took until April 2012-ish).

Now I am trying to get in shape. My initial goal was to pass the Marine Corps physical fitness test which I was able to do earlier this year. My ongoing goal is to work each muscle group once a week, so far so good.

I still calorie count!

It's okay to have some,just don't go over your RDI... it doesn't matter what you eat as long as you don't eat more calories than you burn!

Question: Can alcohol stall your weight loss?
Bud 55 select is my beer of choice now. Granted it's a light beer, but they did a great job making it taste good! (IMO)
