April 2011 I was 240 lbs and had high cholesterol. I used the BMR/Harris Benedict equation and counting calories to drop to 160 lbs, and to get my cholesterol down to 70 (which took until April 2012-ish).
Now I am trying to get in shape. My initial goal was to pass the Marine Corps physical fitness test which I was able to do earlier this year. My ongoing goal is to work each muscle group once a week, so far so good.
I still calorie count!
