Did yardwork from 1545 hours to 1715 hours: Mowing, raking cut grass, carrying brush and cut logs to the street for disposal, picking up raked piles of cut grass. Good, hard work.

Dropped 3 lbs. Was attempting to maintain at 160 lbs. It seems like I eat all day long! I guess I'll add 100 calories a day this next week and see if that makes a difference.

Arms today: dead-hang chin-ups, was able to get 11 (which is 1 rep more than last week), then 7, then 3.
Also did dips, looking for 4 sets of 6-8 reps I got 8,8, 6 and 5
Will probably attempt to repeat the above around 0200 hours and call it a day
Did a few more:
Got sets of 8 reps, 6 reps, 5 reps and 3 reps on chin-ups
and sets of 6 reps and 6 reps on dips. Sore and wore out now.

Legs day brutal (for me) so far...
walked for 20 minutes (2 sessions of 10 min ea) at 3.5 mph incline 10
11 minutes total spent doing wall squats w/ 45 lb plate and calf raises on the machine using 160 lbs

started "legs day" with a 10-minute walk on the treadmill...3.5 mph, 10% incline...been awhile, i can feel a light burn, so it worked! looking forward to squats and calf raises later!
