Well I knew this was coming sooner or later but I still hated to see it. That means my total loss for my fast was 5lbs. I lost 6.2 and gained 1.2 back. Not bad. It's crazy that by just upping my carbs fro about 6-20 I gained 1.2 overnight. Our bodies are crazy.
