Just recorded a weigh-in. I'm down 17 lbs since starting Medifast. I like the trend line on the graph but I think its time to start adding some exercise to my daily activities. I've started what I like to call, "Adding steps to my day." That may mean taking the stairs at work or the long way to/from the Men's room.
I'm also using the Exercise log here in Fatsecret. It is a real motivator for me to see the calories taken in VS. calories burned in a day.
