The last couple of weeks I've been using the exercise link to record my daily activities. Since I'm closing in on a month of Medifast, I'm going to start some light to moderate exercise. Using the exercise link is going to be a motivation tool for me. For instance, 2 hours of yard work can set aside an entire days food calories!
