Up a bit on Friday, 204 even.

43 mile bike ride today, in 3 hours 15 mins (actually much less, thats with breaks). Working my way up to 50 miles. I will do a couple of them, then go for my century ride soon! It is all working out great with the weather. In a few weeks it will be cooler, maybe in the 70's or 80's. I want to do that before December 31.

How will I do 100 miles? I need a good 50 mile route, and then just do that 2 times, with a lunch break at the house. Its totally do-able!

Legs felt good this am, even after being lazy all week. They fired right up. HR was high initially, then got into a groove. Biggest victim of being lazy all week? My butt! It hurt more today than usual...

I have 3 classes starting Oct 22 though, that means I will be in 4 classes at one time. Like double full time load. It will be tough! So, who knows!! Now that I just wrote that down, I am like "What the hell!" lol.

Yesterday was a good day at work. Came home and got ready for my bike ride, setup my stuff, and got situated for it. Made a playlist for the ipod, got my drinks ready.

So, today I should be studying math (Clep on Sun). I need rest though. So it is about naptime over here. Family is out and about, and I have the house to my self.

Oh, and I have Fudge downstairs I just made!!!!!

Man, I am impressed with your mileage. You have really done well increasing your distance a little at a time. Great work. No wonder you can get away with eating fudge!
