Down a little to 203.8.

I have not worked out since last Saturday. Not one iota. Keld's journal had a comment yesterday "Nobody every said they enjoyed sitting on the sofa an hour yesterday". Well, i disagree! I enjoyed every minute of it.

Like the indulgence diet, we often get on a virtual treadmill of having to work out, HAVING to do something to feel we are on our journey. I get that, it happens to me, and I do miss my bike! That being said, It is good to know I dont have to ride 10-20 miles a day or I will magically gain weight. I have lost weight all week doing nothing, and not even eating 100%. 80% what you eat, 20% what you do.

This is like the opposite of intensity training, its no intensity training, lol. Bike training programs often include rest weeks.

I so look forward to tomorrows bike ride. Will my legs take a long time to get in the zone (usually 45 minutes)? Will it feel great? Will it kick my arse? Only the shadow knows.

Yesterday was a stress filled day at work. Nothing major, just stuff like nails on a chalk board all day. Went home, and it went pretty ok, then daughter brought stress into our bedroom at 10 at night when I was laying down. She was upset. She is making some bad choices in her life, and dealing with the consequences. Things you learn as a teen I reckon. Why dont they just listen to mom and dad. She will get that someday one hopes. Needless to say, my sleep sucked.

One of yesterdays fun filled nuggets, was getting told the final exam for my java class was not next Monday the 15th, it is Tomorrow! So I get to knock that out today. It is open book, so it should not be hard. Lets just hope she is merciful and sticks to the easy side of the spectrum.

You're rock this test, JP. Enjoy the bike ride tomorrow, parent of a teenage child. Whew! You deserve that bike ride.
