I ate way too much pizza last night! Then I had a snack on top of that. Yikes! I'm going to get my ap turned in tonight for the promotion I'm trying for, so I'm hoping that after that the stress eating will stop. Ugh! I didn't realize I was so stressed about this until last night. Oh well, soon enough it will be over.
I managed to drag myself out of bed this morning for my workout, it wasn't too hard since I was thinking about the pizza from last night. My shoulder is still sore today, but once I worked out it was loosened up a little and feels a little better than yesterday. That will teach me for trying to use heavier weights.
Well, off to another busy day of work. No activities tonight, so I'll get the ap done and turned in, then out to walk the dogs.
