Down a little today, even with my bad eating over the weekend. I think it's because my stomach has been feeling kind of yucky the last couple of days. I'm starving right now though, so I hope my will power can hold up and I don't eat too much at lunch. I didn't get my soup done yesterday because my daughter had volleyball practice and we ended up getting home later than I thought, so tonight I'm making the soup so I can have that with my lunch tomorrow.
My shoulder hurts after my workout this morning, so I'm hoping it's something that gets better with time and doesn't require a doctors visit. I'll watch it for a couple of days and if it gets worse I'll go in. The next couple of days are more leg workouts than upper body, so I shouldn't have too much strain on the shoulder.

I have soup home thawing in the crockpot for the family so there's NO EXCUSE for me not to go to the gym right from work :-).
