Well, I worked so hard to get it right...a half a year later and I have yo-yoed back to where I was. 50 down then 50 up. urrr. I don't know what it is with WW, but I'm hungry and I hate that!! So either I do WW and be hungry and get to eat chocolate or I give up all carbs and do Atkins. Think I will go with Atkins this time. I BUSTED my butt for hours, heck, DAYS at the gym and now I'm fat again in such a short time. This is absurd. There's something wrong with this. sigh. I will weigh in on the first of November. Right now my weight is as high as after I had my second child. Discouraged, but determined.

Its different for everyone but I find Atkins to be fairly easy after the first couple of weeks. I could never eat just a little pasta,have to stay away from it,my husband still has it but have some thing else with pasta sauce on it. Don't be discouraged it has happened to all of us. Give another try. :)

Try Dr. Mike moreno's 17 Day Diet. You don't have to give up all carbs with it just the bad ones.
