I went apple picking on Sunday with my family......I ate 3 or 4 apples! That is the most carbs I've had in three months! It was at least 77+ for the day.......The scale went up from 151.5 to 152.9. If I stay there it will only put me at less than one lb for the month....=( I have ten days to hit my next goal. I don't think I'm going to make it.

The worst part is that I am having major cravings. Three days ago I could have told you that I might never eat bread and grains again, last night I could have eaten a truck load. I did not give in but I did have a couple bites of hash browns last night, a habit I really don't want to get into. So it stops here. I'm upping my fat for a couple days to get over these cravings!

I guess you could chalk this up to a learning expirience.....I kept telling myself that if my big cheat was some apples than I'm not doing so bad, but it did do damage. I feel like I can't think straight today, I hope I don't go back to the atkins flu. I was reading the otherday that it can take your body up to two weeks again to make the switch back over to burning fat. I pray that I don't have to go that far backwards!
152.9 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 27.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean. I ate a few chocolate covered raisins (still staying below 20 g net carbs for that day) and it has totally messed me up for the last several days. I am still trying to get back on track....... Good luck!!
