Not really sure what I was thinking... Starting low carb mid-cookie-season??? I gained 5 lbs over the holiday and I'm over it. Yesterday I baked some crustless quiche in a muffin pan, boiled up a bunch of eggs and snagged a few low carb staples at the grocery store. Today it begins!! My goal is 5 lbs down in January.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
