A Short Walk in My Shoes...
So my tummy hurts today from Sundays workout! I'm so excited that I figured out a good ab workout because I started becoming tolerant of my prior workout. YAY!!! I haven't done well working out these last couple of days because of schoolwork. Let me tell you, I'm over the whole "let's do papers!" Not that I think anyone really thinks that but I'm over school! Anyways, so I tried an amazing artichoke salad tonight from the salad bar at Pick N' Save! It had artichokes, cherry tomatoes, garlic, zucchini, cucumbers, kolomoto (sp?) olives (which I didn't eat because I don't like them) and I think an italian dressing with basil. I would recommend substituting the dressing with a lemon, basil, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. That way you know what you are eating, know how much of the dressing you add to the salad, and know that it's all healthy! I don't know, but I figured I'd share it with the rest of you dieters out there because it was ridiculously amazing! Have a good night all and let me know what you think if you decide to try to make it!
