Went running again today and I also started the 100 pushup/200 situp program today. I'm also on my little ketosis jumpstart today, hopefully I won't get too tempted. I need to find other ways to deal with my stress. I either eat junk or I don't eat at all. This divorce stuff is ridiculous

Rebecca it's similar to the couch to 5k program but instead you can either do pushups, situps, or squats to build up your fitness. The website is www.hundredpushups.com and there are click off links to the other programs. Thanks Andrea I appreciate it so much
