I'm setting a mini goal for myself. I want to be below 200 lbs by the time my daughter's birthday rolls around. Her birthday is August 25th. I would also love to get my body fat percentage below 50% by the end of this month. It's currently 52%. :(
214.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
