Well stress can sometimes cause the scale to stay the same. Many other things can to such as not eating enough to fuel your workouts. If your eating under 900 calories each day and working out a lot, you may throw your metabolism off (that's if your diet calendar is correct). You can try cycling your calories with higher and lower days to get the metabolism going. You can up your protein and high fiber intake. Those food groups digest quickly and help us lose fat more quickly than any other food groups. Are you drinking water to flush out sodium? Are you eating too many processed foods and not enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Are you tracking your food honestly? Are you eating too much sodium? It could be so many things. Sometimes our bodies just stay the same for a week and then start dropping again. Just keep going and make small changes till you find what works.
