Got home last night and our generator wouldn't start. Those of you who have been my buddies for a while know that we live 'off the grid' and generate our own electricity with a generator/battery/inverter set up and a few solar panels. It has been overcast here a lot lately so we aren't getting much power from the sun. Fortunately we have an old back-up generator but it doesn't put out near the power as the one that will not start. We have a neighbor who is going to see if he can figure out what is wrong and fix it. Keep your fingers crossed please!!!
In the mean time ... it means we are conserving energy at home so I may not be on here much. I thought I better let you know ... otherwise you might worry about me and think I did indeed move into a bakery!!
I did fine yesterday with eating. Let's hope today, tomorrow, and the next few days go as well. I have not yet weighed. Will probably do so on Saturday just to give myself a few days of being back on track because I really think I have gained.
I hope you all are well ... taking good care of yourselves ... and hanging in there!!! Sarah I believe is off to Vegas here very soon ... wahoo!!! Later my friends!

Oh no about your generator! At least you have someone who can look at it and hopefully fix it on the cheap. I don't know how your weather is but here it's climbing to the mid 90s, hope you're staying cool, or warm :) Good to hear you're back on track. You have the tools and know how to utilize them, I am not worried about you and your continued sucess.

Fingers are definitely crossed. Lol about the bakery. I just had a feeling-sorry-for-myself giant scone and it wasn't even good. UGH! I hate that. One thing if it's worth it but another when it's not good and I STILL eat it. LEt us know about the generator.

Good luck w/ the generator, I can't imagine being w/out. Then again in the desert we are on power all day long. No conserving here lol.... mmmm bakery.... oops I shouldn't have brought that up. I really am likeing your bar lowered again, I hope your weigh in looks great tomorrow!

I am sorry about the generator. When it rains it pours! I hope your neighbor is able to get it going again and that your weigh in Saturday has you back where you want to be.

Oh wow, fingers and toes crossed. That really sucks. I really hope your neighbor can help you out. What happens if............. Do you have to buy another generator? We have a small one, but only for our hurricanes when power goes out for days on end. I'll send it to you. :-) At least it may keep frig going, LOL. Good luck Moose.
