I catch a cold and can't follow diet anymore, at least for next 3-4 days until I get better. Very disappointing, but have to deal with it. :( I gained extra 1kg just in a couple of days. :(

Lost so far: 5.1 lb.
Still to go: 23.8 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
