Everything started of great- I was shedding the pounds and inches like crazy. then I hit 165.5 and stalled. I even gained a pound. The inches situation was still good- I even lost and inch while maintaining 165.5- then I decided to look at the reports that FS generated on the food diary page. After careful consideration of the numbers I decided to drop my carb intake from 180 and up to 150 or less. 2 days later I have lost a pound. I will try this for a while and see how it goes.

Also I have decided to only record serious calorie expenditures in the exercise log. No more figuring out if I had a more active work day or not I log deskwork and that is all- no more eeking out any extra calorie burned by adding the 1 hr 45 mins that I drive- I would much rather underestimate the calories I have burned than to pad it out and have expectations not met because I thought I was burning more than I really was. I will continue to count things like cutting the grass, and my Karate class (karate at a much lower calories burned than previously) as well as my elliptical and weight work outs.

Yay! I'm glad the scale is moving again for you. I have to admit, I giggled the first time I saw "sitting" as an activity.
