So, one thing that is a little frustrating is FatSecret won't update my challenges and I keep getting errors. ): This really stinks since the only thing it is recording for me are my journal entries.

Another thing is I've decided that I'm going to SLOWLY transition to a vegan diet. My boyfriend and I have this book called Forks over Knives that has over 300 recipes in it that are plant based. We're just going to start with one meal a week for a month or two, then bump it up to two meals a week. We'll see how it goes. I'm not going to completely get rid of meat though, so if I'm over my parent's house, and we're having ham or steak, I'm still going to eat it, cause I love meat ;p It's mainly just for the overall health boost. The documentary Forks over Knives was really good, and with everything going on with my Uncle right now, it just makes me think.

I've also gotten whey protein last night (I've only had one serving of it so far) but it doesn't taste too bad. I do need some recipes to mix with it though, because I don't think I can drink the same thing every day.
