im at 268 yaya i feel great im more happy energetic i can kinda tell ive lost weight im dont feel bloated wich is a big plus :) ive been doing great at work and went walking the other day and things that normaly made me feel like i was dying wernt so bad i cant wait till chirstmas and some smaller cloths
268.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
