What to eat?
thinks guys for all the input i will def be picking up some of these things at the grocery store for next week ive been doing pretty good staying under my 1200 cal a couple of days ive gone over but its not as near as the 3000 cal i had been taken in somehow?

What to eat?
Im trying to stick to a diet of only 1200 cal what are some good meals that are around 400 cal?

Reasons to lose weight (besides health/looks)...
I want to be comfortable in my own skin go to my sons games and practices and not feel horribal for being the youngest one there but the biggest i mean i got the 40 year old moms looking better than me and im only 23 uggh and being able to go the fairs and six flags and beable to ride the rides not be afraid of them telling me your to big to ride, and of course the clothes thats a big one going in and buying want you want not worrying about if they have that in my size. good luck hope your getting closer to your goal
