well i am back was without internet for a couple of day so i coulnt get off by my scale at home i way 263 by the one at work i way 268 but at work i have my shoes on my uniform and my pockets are usually full of gloves keys phone pens and paper so i guess that would be pretty close. i know every time i get on one of them i am down atlest 2 lbs each weigh in :)i am starting to tell im in my close and when i get in the car that i have lost weight because i feel like i have more room lol. cant weight to weigh in again this wed and see the damage hoping for 3 lbs down. good luck every one.

263.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
