No budge on the scale...but ya know what? ("What?", says that little voice in my head) Ha! 'You're REALLY not doing anything TOO much different, are ya in order FOR that scale to budge?' ("Nope", says that little voice in my head) HA! I guess I need to get at it and focus more. I hurt my back a bit (I'm whining here) and can't move just too fast so my workouts have been 1/2 at best at what I'm use to...so, I'm just hoping for not much of a gain...we'll see. I find I want to EAT more when I don't feel well...typical emotional eater am I!! YIKES! Deal, Sibby, deal with it and focus! I'm a pretty good pep talker to myself, aren't I, eh? :o) I'm pretty good at rambling too...ask anyone that knows me...haha!
I seriously need to focus more...I shave a few points off my 20 and see what happens.
I miss my buddies here! I hope you're all well and are starting to see signs of spring where you are. HERE today my kids school was called off...no school because of TOO MUCH SNOW!! HAHA! Mother natures "April fools" joke on southern MN I guess! I figure, more water for my gardens, right?
