Hello Everyone,
How is everyone doing? I hope your diets are going well. I ate out the other morning and I got on the scale as soon as I got home and my weight was the same. I went to church came home went to sleep for about 2 hours. I woke up and had a bowel movement and weighed again and was a pound heavier than I was before I went to sleep! I don't understand where I went wrong. I stayed on the diet while at the restaurant. My next weigh in is Wednesday. I haven't been exercising lately so I don't feel positive about the weigh in. I wish everyone luck on your diets. Keep in touch!

I'm finding that #1 I want to loose weight #2 the more I weight myself on a daily basis the more discourage and less focused I'm getting #3 trying thinking of this as a way of life now, low carb, you can't really go back to the way you use to eat or you'll go back to how you use to look, that's seems to be a no brainer. Your clothes will let you know how good your doing even if th scales slow at showing it.

Don't get discouraged. Just keep at it. Persistence pays off. We are all in this weightloss challenge together.
