Now I have started my walking program...slow but sure. I must be the slowest walker. I walk as fast as I can, tho I feel I would fall over if I could go any faster. I feel tensed up. So far my knee has been ok with it, but I've only been out twice.
According to my pedometer..must reset the wt setting 30lb lighter now!

Didn't have pedometer working correctly, same distance could be getting faster!
